Welcome to NotaReon, your trusted partner for notary support in the real estate sector. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site and services. By accessing or using NotaReon, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

NotaReon provides three categories of offerings:

• Professional Services: Notary assistance, document certification, and verification for property transactions.
• Information Products: Guides, templates, and digital manuals related to real estate notary processes.
• Tangible Goods: Physical kits, seals, and office materials for notary activities.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and identification details. You agree to keep your account information secure and up to date.

4. Fees and Billing

Fees for services, products, and goods are displayed on the site and confirmed during the checkout process. All charges are due at confirmation. Payments are processed through our secure gateway. We reserve the right to modify fees at any time, with notice posted on NotaReon.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Professional Services

If you cancel a scheduled notary appointment at least 3 business days before the appointment date, you may request a payment refund or opt to reschedule without extra charge. Requests received less than 3 business days before the appointment are not eligible for refund but can be rescheduled once, subject to availability. In cases where NotaReon is unable to fulfill the service, you will receive a full refund of the payment or may choose to transfer the payment to another service of equal value.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that no digital files have been downloaded or accessed. Once a download or online access occurs, the purchase is final and not eligible for refund. Alternatively, you may the item for another information product of similar value.

5.3 Tangible Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. You may also request an or store credit in lieu of a refund.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain services, such as on-site witnessing completed on the scheduled date, may not be eligible for refund due to preparatory work and third-party arrangements. These restrictions will be clearly indicated when booking.

6. Changes to Terms

NotaReon may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be effective as of the date posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
